An “E-mail plan” feature is being rapidly developed and is now in beta. It will be tested by Bexar County TX and is expected to be released early next week. Collectors can automatically offer, via e-mail, a default installment agreement or individually negotiate payment terms and conditions over the phone and then e-mail the respective plan.
The goal is to lessen the direct contact between the general public and collections/compliance staff.
As a public service, limited iNotification (e-mail and/or texts) are now available as an I-Plow grant to all of our customers at no expense – we agree to absorb all of our associated costs as a public service.
New “Defer payment” and “Skip payment” features are now available for production.
For customers that desire to “Defer” and/or “Skip” massive case volumes, please contact us as we are prepared to facilitate your request. For example, Polk County FL is initially deferring most of their active plans three (3) frequencies or months. For one particular felony court with cases that have a probation expiration date, they are skipping three (3) frequencies or months. Note that they intend to defer/skip over 40,000 plans….
Unexpected and challenging circumstances demand unexpected and challenging effort.
We have, and continue to focus all of our resources and effort on supporting our clients in these uncharted waters.
We have rapidly developed “Skip this payment” and “Defer this payment” features providing our customers with the ability to quickly make plan changes on a case-by-case basis in response to local, state, and national policy changes. Note that we also have the ability to effect massive plan changes where necessary.
For those customers that have implemented i-Notify texting, we encourage you to consider adding an additional text to affected defendants informing them of your intent to defer/skip due amounts.
I-Plow has always been portable so for those customers whom are authorized to work from home, please contact us to make the necessary arrangements on our end.
